Soke Heavy Allah
DeCarlos Sheppard was born June 12, 1984 in Newberry, South Carolina.
Mr. Sheppard’s professional career began in 2001 when he joined the Army at 17 years old. Mr. Sheppard served honorably during operation Iraqi freedom and operation enduring freedom where he became a combat life saver and first began teaching martial science to soldiers. Mr. Sheppard’s military service ended in January of 2007 and he began his career in private security. In 2009 Mr. Sheppard received the IAHSS basic and advanced certifications for health care safety and security. Mr. Sheppard served as a psych ward officer in Laurens County and headed Newberry County memorial hospital security from June of 2012 to June of 2016. Mr. Sheppard then pursued his career in Executive protection full time after receiving his executive protection specialist and instructor certifications in 2015. Mr. Sheppard has gone on to teach various law enforcement and security agencies as well as other organizations to include the FOI and the YMCA.
In March of 2017 Mr. Sheppard earned the rank of 10th Dan (JUDAN) and the title of Soke (SHODAI) founder of his own system of martial science from the Black karate federation and MAKOTO Ryu International. Soke Sheppard’s science Maji Ryu Jutsu is recognized world wide and greatly applicable for today’s executive protection agent. With over 20 years experience Mr. Sheppard continues to develop and teach his knowledge of executive protection. A highly successful and multifaceted celebrity bodyguard, Mr. Sheppard is also the recipient of various awards to include Black karate federation hall of fame award, Masters of martial arts hall of fame award, USA martial arts hall of fame award, Action martial arts hall of honors award, and US head of family association hall of honors award among others.
